The Timeline Shift AI™

Welcome to the private beta

You are testing a developing decision-support tool. Your honest experience—including confusion, discomfort or something not working—is useful. You never need to disclose more than feels appropriate.

What Timeline is for

Timeline Shift AI helps you understand a decision state, reflect at a pace you choose, work through a structured Timeline Shift™ tool, or find a manageable next step. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice or a crisis service.

A simple way to test it

  1. Choose how you want Timeline to meet you and whether body-aware reflection is welcome.
  2. Share a real or fictional situation without names or identifying details.
  3. Try one response path: explore, use a tool, choose one next step, or find relevant support.
  4. Notice whether you felt understood, respected, in control and clearer about what came next.
  5. Use the feedback form. Do not paste your Timeline conversation into it.

Suggested testing journeys

Begin naturally if you prefer. If you would like a prompt, choose one fictional journey below. You do not need to use your own experience.

  1. Understanding before action: “I know a boundary matters, but I want to understand why it feels difficult before deciding what to do.”
  2. Structured decision support: “I am pulled between what other people expect and what I think I want, and I am afraid I will regret the wrong choice.”
  3. Managing overload: “Several things feel urgent at once, but rushing into fixing everything would make it worse.”
  4. Finding outside support: “I think support beyond this conversation could help, but I do not know what is available to me.”

After one journey, notice: Did Timeline understand the tension? Did you remain in control of the pace? Was the next question useful? Did anything feel assumptive, pressuring or unclear?

If something feels wrong

Stop the check-in. You do not need to continue to complete the test. Record what happened in the feedback form, or email hello@thetimelineshift.co.uk without including private conversation content.
